TRATAUTO 7492 CER-MET PERMANENT LEAK SEALANT is an advanced, long-lasting additive for refrigeration systems. Its formula contains a ceramic-metal base that seals leaks, cracks, and micro-fissures in various components.

It is an emergency or permanent solution for small leaks that doesn't require immediate mechanical intervention, and is especially useful for micro-cracks that are difficult to detect.

This product seals leaks through the action of temperature and pressure , ensuring a long-lasting repair and compatibility with various materials.

• Permanently seals: Durable repair of leaks up to 2 mm throughout the cooling system.

• Critical Applications:

  • Radiators: Seals leaks in radiators made of copper, brass, aluminum, and plastic.

  • Engine: Seals microcracks in the cylinder head and block (cast iron, steel, and aluminum).

  • Other Areas: Effective on heating radiators and critical joints, such as plastic-metal.

• Reduced Consumption: Helps reduce antifreeze consumption through evaporation in engines operating at high temperatures.

⚙️ How to use

The application is simple, but requires the engine to be cold and the circuit to be free of pressure:

1. Shake well to ensure the ceramic and metal components are perfectly mixed.

2. Cold Engine: With the engine at ambient temperature and without pressure, remove the cap from the expansion tank/radiator in the cooling system.

3. Add: Add the entire contents of the product (236ml) and replace the cap.

4. Activate: Start the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature.

5. Check: Verify that the leak has been sealed correctly.
